The journal implements a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, fairness, and objectivity in manuscript evaluation.

1. Manuscripts are submitted through the OJS platform, and the editor conducts an initial desk review within 5 working days.
2. Manuscripts that pass the desk review stage are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise.
3. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.
4. Reviewers provide one of the following recommendations: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
5. Authors are given 14 days to respond to reviewer comments and submit revised manuscripts.
6. The final publication decision is made by the Editor in Chief based on reviewers’ recommendations.
7. The estimated review process from submission to final decision is approximately 4–8 weeks (tentative).
